33rd Annual "Music at Marywood" Concert Series Set - Free Summer Concert Tradition Continues
A new season of "Music at Marywood" outdoor summer concerts will kick off on Sunday, June 29, on the Marywood Memorial Commons. The performances will take place, free of charge, each Sunday evening, through July 20, at 7:30 p.m.

Provost and Vice President for Academic Affairs Named at Marywood University
Marywood University President Sister Anne Munley, I.H.M., Ph.D., announced that Peter Cimbolic, Ph.D., has been appointed with the title of Marywood University's provost and vice president for academic affairs, effective immediately.

Faculty, Staff and Retirees Honored for Years of Service
Full-time faculty and administrators who have completed 20 years of service to the University were awarded the Cor Mariae-Pro Fide et Cultura medal. Honors were also extended to retirees, and full-time faculty and administrators celebrating milestones of 25, 30 and 35 years of service.

Nursing Grant to Increase Faculty at Marywood
Marywood University will increase the number of future nurses that it prepares to enter the northeastern Pennsylvania workforce, thanks to a $50,000 grant from the Pennsylvania Higher Education Foundation (PHEF) and its Nurse Faculty Lines Program.

Masters Art Exhibit at Marywood University
Marywood University will present the opening exhibition of work by five graduate students on May 3, 2008, in both the Suraci Gallery, Shields Center for Visual Arts, and the Kresge Gallery, Insalaco Center for Studio Arts.
